Agreement
These terms apply when you visit LuckyLummi.com or use a feature provided through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site
Lucky Lummi is an independent art project presenting texts, images, paintings, audio, video, and related experiments. Features may change, disappear, or remain unfinished. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or protection of the project and its users.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, infringe rights, or misuse another person's identity or account;
- interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or overload it;
- scrape or reuse protected content at scale without permission;
- use connected publishing features to distribute unlawful or unauthorized material; or
- attempt to obtain credentials, tokens, or non-public information belonging to others.
Art and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site and its original works are owned by or licensed to Lucky Lummi and are protected by copyright and related laws. Viewing and ordinary sharing of links is welcome. Copying, selling, modifying, training commercial models on, or republishing the works requires prior written permission unless the law expressly allows it.
Connected social accounts
Social publishing features may act on an account only after its owner grants the requested authorization. You remain responsible for content you choose to publish and for complying with the destination platform's rules. You may revoke platform access at any time. We may refuse or stop a publishing operation when it appears unauthorized, unlawful, unsafe, or technically unreliable.
Features using YouTube API Services are also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Other integrations are subject to the applicable TikTok, Meta/Instagram, Bluesky, or SoundCloud terms presented by those services.
Donations
A donation supports the Lucky Lummi project and is not a purchase of goods, services, ownership, influence, or tax-deductible status unless explicitly stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. Donations are generally final, except where required by law or where a payment was made in error; contact privacy@luckylummi.com promptly if a payment needs review.
Future sales
Books, prints, clothing, or other merchandise are not currently sold through this site. Before sales begin, product-specific information covering prices, taxes, delivery, returns, consumer cancellation rights, and warranties will be provided and will supplement these terms.
External services and links
Links and integrations lead to services we do not control. Their availability, content, and processing are governed by their own terms. A link does not imply endorsement, and Lucky Lummi is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
No warranties
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Lummi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or an external service. This does not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, injury, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Lucky Lummi operator is established, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in your country. Updated terms will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
